The breakfast buffet in Ibn Majid had good variety. The staff, especially Gabriel, were very friendly and helpful. He greeted us warmly each evening.
The terrace door in my ground floor room would not lock. I found that quite alarming, and I did not like it. The hotel provided no toothpaste or toothbrush until I requested it.

My family and i enjoyed the pools, the marina and the equestrian club. the service was amazing from the reception staff, especially marissa, wissam and christian. They made sure everything was attended to. they were always looking after us and i will definitely return for more memories!!!
the ground floor doors could be quite hard to navigate for people with prams, so more automatic doors would be an improvement.

Kinara had amazing food options for me, even though i don't eat meat. It was very nice. the buffet offered a wide selection for breakfast and dinner, leaving nothing to be desired. It was delicious. i also appreciate the kind waiters and waitresses at fontana restaurant.

The resort view room was lovely and perfect for our family. It had all the necessary amenities. i especially appreciated how the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean each day. i was impressed with their talent and attention to detail!!!

The resort has so many high quality options in terms of pools, restaurants and activities. We were never bored. it was great that the hotel offers shuttle services to the malls. This made exploring the area easy. the area was also peaceful and quiet at night.

the main buffet service offered a lot of variety i ate there most mornings akash and febbe always made sure i had a quiet area it was really nice. i also enjoyed smoking gun rajitha looked after me and the food tasted great. i found sumit a great host in republik i think bristi was too
the hotel seemed to have forgotten about returning guests that was disappointing. the small gestures , made visits personal were gone i missed them. amenities once included now had a fee that was also not great
